Raptor troubleshooting tip

 

If the Raptor is not responding to scan or print:

 

  • Restart computer 
  • Lower right corner of the screen on your Windows computer, click on upper arrow
  • Right click Raptor icon and click  Open Hardware Service
  • Click on Utilities —> Network tab —> Register SSL Certificate


Note: If the computer has not shut down for a period of time, it will stop communicating with the Raptor.
