You can share your device screen to the projector and/or LED TV using Apple TV. Apple TV will wake up when you select APPLE TV on the Crestron panel. To connect your device to Apple TV, you will use Airplay (Macbook) or screen mirroring (iPad).
Screen Mirroring on iPad:
To connect to Apple TV:

Troubleshooting
My iPad won’t connect to Apple TV, but I can see Apple TV
Ensure your device Bluetooth is on
Restart your device, then turn back on to connect.
Ask your site tech lead for support if still not connecting
My iPad doesn’t see my room’s Apple TV on the screen mirroring option list?
Determine if the issue is with your device or the Apple TV by trying to connect another device. If the other device can see your room's Apple TV and connect, then it is your device.
If your device:
Restart your device
Verify Bluetooth is on
Contact your site tech lead for support if still not connecting
If neither device sees the Apple TV, it is the Apple TV:
Contact your site tech lead for support
If they are unavailable, place a work order to have it reset

I can’t see Airplay icon

Click on the Apple in top, left corner

Click on System Preferences

Click on Displays

At bottom of window, click on the box that says Show mirroring options

It should now be displayed along the top of your screen

I can see my Apple TV, but it won’t give me a code to enter?
